Amanda Snyder shines as a beacon of light and love in spiritual guidance and positive transformation. A certified Spiritual Counselor and Prayer Practitioner through the Power Of Love Ministries, her journey toward enlightenment is an inspiring tale of self-discovery and healing.
But beyond the titles and certifications, Amanda's soul finds solace in a rather unconventional yet profoundly spiritual practice - riding her beloved horse, River. For Amanda, this equestrian connection is more than a mere pastime; it's a moving meditation, a sacred dance with the majestic creature, an opportunity to remain present, clear away negative thoughts, and shield herself from the weight of personal insults.
A pivotal moment in Amanda's spiritual awakening occurred right after college when she stumbled upon the book "Bringers of the Dawn." Its pages unveiled a profound truth: that she held the power to craft her own reality through the thoughts she nurtured. This revelation ignited a spark within her, motivating her to embark on a journey of self-improvement with the potential to heal the world.
Her path led her to Kripalu, the Association of Research and Enlightenment, and the Cayce Reilly School of Massage Therapy. These institutions became the nurturing soil in which Amanda's spiritual roots dug deep, enabling her to blossom into the guiding force she is today.
In the realm of spiritual mentors, Jennifer Hadley, and the teachings of ACIM (A Course in Miracles) have guided Amanda for the past four years. Under their guidance, she has learned the profound art of letting go - releasing the heavy chains of self-judgment and judgment of others. She now perceives all beings, including herself, as divine entities and has cast off the shackles of guilt, blame, and shame.
Yet, Amanda's spiritual sanctuary extends far beyond books and teachings. It finds its purest expression in nature and in the companionship of River. In the gentle rustle of leaves and the rhythmic hoofbeats of her equine friend, she discovers her unbreakable connection to the Whole.
Since 1997, Amanda has held a sacred intention - to hold space for healing. This purpose revealed itself to her during a creative drawing session at Kripalu, where a clear message whispered in her heart: "Helping others help themselves to heal" was her life's calling. Over the past four years, she has honed her skills, guiding individuals, and groups in the service industry towards more peaceful lives by teaching them to take responsibility for their journeys and let go of the heavy burdens of guilt, blame, and shame.
Her mission extends beyond the one-on-one sessions and group workshops. Amanda and her fellow podcast hosts, "The Lemonettes," share their lives as a living testament to the joyous, spiritual path they walk together. Through their interactions and the compassionate way they communicate, they serve as beacons of hope, showing others that they are not alone on this transformative journey. Together, they work on living life with love, compassion, and an absence of judgment.
Amanda's deepest desire is to know that the listeners are learning to navigate life with more laughter and joy. She wants the listeners to know, "It's healing to laugh at the ludicrousness of life. Every time we record our podcast, it is a time of celebrating life together. Sharing this journey with each other always encourages me to live with more love and joy. Laughing is a beautiful balm for life's bumps and bruises."
In the world of spiritual guidance, Amanda Snyder is not just a counselor; she is a soulful companion, a source of wisdom, and a bringer of light and laughter. Her journey is an inspirational testament to the transformative power of self-discovery and the immense capacity we all hold within to heal and thrive.
