Penny is the co-owner of Sheathing Technologies, Inc., a medical device manufacturer located in Morgan Hill. She had the opportunity to really tap into her leadership capabilities as she assisted her husband in starting the company (in 1992) from the ground up into what has grown into a very successful business that is located in Morgan Hill. Along with being the company coach, Penny oversees much of the Human Resources as well as Regulatory Affairs for Sheathing Technologies, Inc.

Penny Polayes, is also a Certified Performance Coach, Family & Relationship and Leadership Coach, sought after Keynote speaker, and, PCC credentialed coach with the elite coaching organization, the International Coach Federation. She specializes in guiding her clients through discovering their true voice and message while achieving their long-desired goals.

Penny’s area of expertise is in relational & leadership coaching helping her clients to achieve true connections with themselves, others, and their purpose. Clients describe Penny as authentic, intuitive, rigorous and encouraging.
